COURSE SUMMARY
This course is designed for teachers at all levels, teacher trainers, career coaches and heads of educational institutions. It explores various facets of teaching, encompassing class management, promoting well-being, and developing social-emotional skills. Emphasis is placed on fostering critical thinking and honing 21st-century skills like creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking within the classroom. Participants will discover methods to integrate teamwork, time management and problem-solving into their teaching practice, enhancing students’ life and career abilities.
The course actively encourages creativity, critical thinking, project-based learning, and learner autonomy and motivation. It equips educators with learner-centred teaching approaches and effective strategies to enhance the teaching and learning process. Through the provision of practical examples and innovative teaching techniques, the course aims to engage students and sustain their interests while nurturing imagination, creativity, and open-mindedness. Collaboration among teachers is encouraged, with sessions involving pair and group work, reflective case studies, and the exploration of novel teaching concepts.
