The European Social Fund is the main financial instrument of the European Union for achieving the strategic goals of the employment policy. One of the important measures is financing the strengthening of administrative capacity in the state administration and public sector in the fields of economy, employment, social politics, environment, and justice. The fund provides support to European regions affected by a high unemployment rate. Our projects are part of the Efficient Human Resources Operational Programme, which consists of four priority axes: employment, social inclusion, education, and good governance.
