EDUKOSI. TURIZAM

EDUKOSI. TURIZAM project will provide social services for 110 PWDs through the improvement and implementation of the Training for Internet Sales in Tourism educational programme, by implementing training for the development of socio-emotional skills, as well as professional guidance and counselling with the aim of integrating PWDs into the labour market. To ensure quality and professional education, a training programme for lecturers and mentors working with PWDs is being developed and implemented. Through the development of a digital platform – the labour and education market for PWDs and through events for employers, access to the labour market in the tourism and hospitality sector is promoted.

The project solves the problem of unemployment among PWDs, partly caused by inadequate educational programmes and insufficient competencies for work. It also contributes to solving the problem of labour shortage and training of human resources in the tourism and hospitality sector.

The project is financed by the European Social Fund, and is implemented within the Operational Program Effective Human Resources 2014-2020.
