E-TRAINERS

Within the Erasmus+ KA2 E-trainers: New Skills and Tools for VET project innovative e-courses for teachers in vocational education and adult education have been developed.

The e-trainers.eu platform offers flexible, interactive and practical training courses that will facilitate the use of ICT in teaching and interacting with learners.

Alongside the Adult Education Institution Dante, the platform was developed by teachers from six other education institutions (Italy, Slovenia, the Netherlands, Spain, and Latvia), and the platform and all of its content are available in 9 languages (English, German, French, Croatian, Italian, Slovenian, Dutch, Spanish, and Latvian).

Three courses encompassing a wide array of content and aids are available on the platform:

1. How to guide learners in the creation of digital content
2. How to develop life and business skills of learners
3. How to become a digitally competent teacher

The e-trainers.eu platform is flexible – teachers can participate in courses at their own pace and at any time. E-trainers courses can be accessed from any device (PC, tablet or smartphone) connected to the Internet.

Upon completion of all course activities, learners can take a modular test and obtain a certificate. Should they have questions about the content or experience technical difficulties, users have at their disposal support in all 9 languages on the platform.

All courses on this platform are simple and adapted to teachers in order to facilitate their daily teaching.
