R(AE)L INCLUSION

The goal of the project is to equip educators in adult education with various teaching methods and strategies to address the needs of adults with learning and behavioral difficulties and other combined difficulties. This will enable educators to provide support and new opportunities for learning, employment, and social interaction. Educators will be prepared to work with the target group in regular classes alongside other adult learners.

Professional Development Course

A professional development program for educators in adult education that includes workshop-based learning and e-learning. Educators will enhance their competencies for working with adults with learning and behavioral difficulties and other combined difficulties.

Materials for Educators

A manual with tasks and an e-Journal that educators will use upon completing the course. These materials will help them reflect on the knowledge and skills acquired, the difficulties they encounter, and ways to improve their work with adults with learning and behavioral difficulties and other combined difficulties.

Online Platform

An e-learning platform containing teaching materials and activities lasting 50 hours. The platform aims to foster self-directed learning skills among educators, allowing them to share their experiences and concerns with other educators and mentors, and to reflect on the competencies they wish to develop during and after the course.

• Adults aged between 25 and 65 with difficulties, including one or more of the following: ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, learning difficulties (dyslexia, dysgraphia), combined difficulties, and learning and behavioral difficulties.
• Educators in (formal and informal) adult education who work with various groups of adult learners.
