NEB VET Label

The goal of the NEB VET project is to align vocational education and training (VET) with the principles and values of the New European Bauhaus (NEB).

Using the “compass” of the New European Bauhaus as a foundation, we have adapted its values and working principles to create and implement a framework for evaluating vocational education and training centers. This framework will assist in assessing and organizing the accreditation process of VET centers according to NEB principles. The aim is to identify best practices across Europe, facilitate their exchange among VET centers, and establish a network of centers dedicated to sustainable and inclusive education.

The project also supports VET providers in building international connections by showcasing top green skills and NEB principles from various countries and sharing them with VET centers in Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, and Croatia.

In our initial study, we observed a lack of VET centers with a NEB-aligned profile. NEB values and principles can serve as a foundation for VET centers, enabling students to learn and grow in an environment rooted in sustainability and inclusion.
