In-Salads: Promoting Sustainable Food and Healthy Nutrition through Intercultural Salads Exchange

About project

The project will enhance the skills of adult trainers in designing training activities and promoting cultural diversity.
The creation of a network of local associations and multicultural groups in partner countries will foster intercultural understanding and social cohesion.
The development of video tutorials on preparing multi-ethnic and healthy dishes will promote healthy lifestyles and celebrate cultural diversity.
A website will also be developed to disseminate project results, facilitate knowledge sharing and extend the project’s reach to a wider audience.

Objectives:
1. Promoting cultural exchange through the sharing of traditional salad recipes
2. Raising participants’ awareness of the importance of food sustainability and healthy eating
3. Improving participants’ digital skills through the use of digital tools for recipe creation and presentation
4. Promoting intercultural understanding and dialogue
