• to develop key transferable skills, thereby influencing adults’ professional and private lives – language skills, interpersonal communication, and self confidence
• to support the introduction of drama techniques in teaching and learning of key skills and competencies
• to improve adult learning
• to strengthen employability and improve career opportunities for adult learners,

as well as to:

• increase the number of adults in education
• strengthen competencies of teachers and employees in adult education
• increase the use of “online open portals” for the implementation of “hybrid learning” and greater flexibility of adult education programmes, while also supporting exchange of best practices between employees in adult education

Partners want to bring about a significant change in the development of adults and their skills, as well as create a good and practical tool for the development of teachers and employees in adult education so that they would adapt to learners’ needs. It is necessary to spread knowledge and raise awareness on the possibilities of using drama in the development of public speaking skills.
