DCC

The DCC project aims to enable participants to develop competencies and management skills, envisage their own careers,

and transmit acquired knowledge and skills to users/learners.

The main goals of this project are:

• to develop key competencies in the area of counselling and guidance, as well as to implement workshops on these topics
• to introduce innovations and develop quality of our education services for career guides and counsellors, especially in regard to improvement and innovation of services offered to professional counsellors working with adults, with emphasis on their strengths and key competencies
• to implement and be able to transmit reflective practices, whereby rather than having a one-size-fits-all model, approaches and methods can be adapted to individual and quite diverse needs
• to increase management competencies so as to be able to support their own staff in the creation of innovative changes and raising the quality level of education services
• to build and strengthen knowledge of European partners for future international activities, as well as for exchange and development of good education practices for adults, in particular in regard to professional guidance/counselling
• to maintain and increase learners’ motivation and pleasure so as to ensure a motivated collection of human resources that advocate the advancement of lifelong learning and education of adults.
