About the project

INSIDE OUT project is focused on providing support to parents in overcoming challenges of parenthood and communicating with their children. We will try to help parents develop stress management skills, take care of themselves, and build resistance so as to have warm, positive and strong communication skills and styles. In this way, they will learn not to react impulsively to their child’s behaviour.
